What You'll Do

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and safety.
• Monitor residents’ health status and promptly communicate any changes.
• Document care provided and maintain precise clinical records.
• Collaborate with the care team, residents, and families to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; LPN licensed in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related healthcare setting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
